Penelope just came out from her bedroom first thing in the morning, dressed to the nines in her princess dress: "Guess what/? I slept for three days!! And now it's morning!"
Recently, I came out from my emotional resilinece class to find Eli, Xai and Liesl "swimming" across the floor of the gym together, muscially and somewhat synrchornously.
I love this moment: Maia is helping Xai sort through a bag of hand-me-down clothes we just got from some friends and giving him fashion advice.
Liesl is snuggling her new kitten, Zuli--our temporarily indoor cat (until it's old enough to fed for itself outside in our wilderness). Penelope is super happy about her pony tails...and sharing cheese puff balls with Eli. Eli is whacking carpenter bees. I just got off the phone with Drew, who is settling into college. I messaged with Piper, talked to Lily.
